- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 22,641 rentable square feet in Mechanicsburg, PA within the following delineated area: Start at the corner of 322 and I-81. Go west on I-81 to the Pennsylvania Turnpike I-76. Go southeast on I-76 to I-83, northeast to 322, take 322 north to I-81. The space should yield approximately 19,688 BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 20, 2007. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. This office is currently located in Mechanicsburg, PA in 19,688 usable square feet.
