- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting sources for Camelia M1 LV 8M Camera part# AT71XM1LV8MFERCBO, Quantity: 2 ea. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. This acquisition is set-side for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code is 334419, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The request for quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-06-0447. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted on a SF1449, SF18 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNS numbers, size status (that is, small business, disadvantaged business or woman owned business). If these cameras are available under GSA Schedule, please provide the schedule number. Quotations are due by 2:30 P.M. on August 22, 2006. Quotations may be mailed to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), Office of Procurement, Attn: Rosa Lee, 14th and C Street, S.W., Washington, D.C. 20228-001 or faxed to Rosa Lee at 202-874-2200.
