- This notice is issued to increase Contract N65236-03-D-5853 with Scientific Research Corporation (SRC), Atlanta, GA. The ceiling increase is $9,999,000.00. This procurement is for support the of the C4ISR systems, including but not limited to NAVMACS II/SMS, Defense Message Systems (DMS), Joint Tactical Radio System (JTRS), Digital Modular Radio (DMR), and Fleet Submarine Broadcast Systems (FSBS), A follow-on competitive procuremement is in process and the anticipated award date is Apr 07.
