Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate with MTS Systems Corporation, 235 Route 73 North, Suite G, West Berlin, NJ 08091 on an other than full and competitive basis to purchase 1 each, FlexTest SE controller ? PLUS and 1 each, TestWorks 4 Servo Advanced Package, Upgrade Price (TSIIs / TSIIs AP / FTSE). The MTS Flex Test SE digital controller is a flexible and easy-to-use servo-controller for general testing applications and the TestWorks Package is advanced mechanical testing software for the Windows Operating systems. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with MTS Systems Corporation in order to obtain a required upgrade to the Composite Test lab FlexTest SEDigital controller on its current MTS Model 810 Materials Testing Systems. Delivery is required FOB destination to Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland within 30 days after contract award.
