- Description
- **The Option quantity shall be modified from fifty-six (56) to fifty-two (52).**** The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Seyer Industries, Inc (Cage Code 19494) for a requirement for the manufacture and delivery of the Blade Fold Rack Sets(BFR), Part number 449-210-020-101, NSN 4920-01-498-4630, quantity of eighteen (18), and Bladefold Pin Kit Assembly, P/N 449-201-002-101, quantity of eighteen (18) for the base year, with an additional four (4) one-year option periods for up to an additional fifty-six (56) Bladefold Rack Sets, P/N 449-210-020-101, and an additional fifty-six (56) Bladefold Pin Kit Assy, P/N 449-201-002-101. NAWCADLKE intends to procure this requirement under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
