- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award a sole source, cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to an existing contract with Raytheon Company, 1151 East Hermans Road, P.O. Box 11337, Tucson, AZ 85734 for services for the phase III integration of the AIM-9X digital hardware missile capability in the F-16 aircraft blocks 25/32. Raytheon is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer for the AIM-9X missile and as such, only Raytheon possesses the technical and engineering capability to fulfill this requirement.
