Description

U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2 Albuquerque, New Mexico is requesting bids on solicitation number 201816R008 to furnish all materials and effort for one square foot modular building/residence, complete and ready for occupancy with all utilities. The residence building shall be approximately 1,600 square feet, 1 story, include 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths (that shall be ADA accessible), a kitchen, dining room, and a living room. Proposed floor plans and architectural style shall be subitted for Government review. Additive bit items to include two car attached garage slap and an aerobic or similar type septic system for the modular residence. The project is located at the Sequoyah National Wildlife Refuge, in Vian, Oklahoma, Sequoyah County, Oklahoma. The estimated price magnitude is $100,000 to $250,000. The total performance period is expected to be 120 calendar days or less. Bid evaluation and award will be based on the best value to the government. Evaluation of quotations will be made on price, technically acceptable, past performance and relevant experience. The project is solicited unrestricted full and open competition in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Both small and large businesses are invited to submit bids. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236115. We anticipate a pre bid site investigation to be held the week starting August 28, 2006. Contact Jeff Haas or Craig Heflebower at 918-773-5251 for coordination.
