Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking sources to provide building debris and garbage containers (30 yard minimum size) to the Lake Umbagog National Wildlife Refuge, Errol and Wentworth, New Hampshire. There will be up to 10 delivery/pick up locations within 3.5 miles of the Wentworth, NH office location. It is estimated that forty (40) containers will be needed between December 31, 2006 and December 31, 2007. No Solicitation will be issued. Interested firms can provide the following fee information prior to September 6, 2006: -Cost to deliver containers to each site, -Weekly rental fee per container, -Cost to haul each container to landfill, -Discount if capable of hauling multiple containers at one time, -Tipping fee per ton. All building material will be tested for asbestos by U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service personnel. Fee proposals must include restrictions at landfill, such as required contaminant testing, material limitation, etc. Please mail information to U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services, 300 Westgate Center Drive, Hadley, MA 01035, Attn: Christopher Murphy.
