- This Procurement will be conducted under FSC Code: S214 SIC Code: 0782 NAICS Code: 561730. The size standard for this code is $6,500,000. JOB DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide cemetery maintenance and gate/flag services in accordance with the Statement of Work, contract clauses, and wage rates. Period of Performance is a base period of seven (7) months (Sep 1, 2006-Mar 31, 2007) plus four (4) one-year option periods (Apr 1-Mar 31). TYPE OF AWARD: The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 with Kathys Groundkeeping, 612 Vecino Street, Benecia, CA 94510-2335 with the resultant award being a Commercial Services Firm-Fixed Pric e (FFP) contract. Option year(s) will be exercised at the Governments discretion. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a Small Business Set-Aside, and all responsible businesses may respond. The solicitation will be available for download on or about Aug 15, 2006. All responses to the RFQ should be received within 10 days of the release of the solicitation. Receipt date and time will be provided in the solicitation document. ORDERING SOLICITATION: Hard paper copies of the solicitation and attachments will not be provided. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on a secure Government website known as FedTeDS. Access to the solicitation docume nts on the FedTeDS website will be via hyperlink. The hyperlink will be inserted into the notices for this acquisition posted on both the Army Single Face to Industy (ASFI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/) and on the FedBizOpps (FBO) website ( http://www.fbo.gov) once the solicitation is issued. The hyperlink will be imbedded in text and will not appear as a website address in FedBizOpps. You will first click on the blue link titled, Technical Data Package (TDP) 01. Once you click this link , the next web-page will contain another blue link titled, Available online via the FedTeDS (Federal Technical Data Solution) website (this link will take you directly to the FedTeDS log-in).
