- This requirement is for development of an Interactive Multi-media Instruction product to support the PATRIOT ECU. This is a sole source to Raytheon Systems Company, 180 Hartwell Road, Bedford, MA 01730, Raytheon Company is the only source, which pos sesses the necessary technical expertise, experience and unique facilities required to develop an Interactive Multi-media Instruction product for the ECU.
