This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes ar e being requested. Solicitation W912PQ-06-Q-0007 is being issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-11. This solicitation is set aside for small business c oncerns. The NAICS Code is 423450, the small business size standard is 100 employees. COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION: CLIN 0001; 4 Each, GE Marquette MAC5000/5500 EKG Systems with Trolley Cart or equal. Delivery: 30 Days after receipt of contract. FAR 52.2 11-6, Brand Name of Equal is included in the solicitation. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required, go to www.ccr.gov to register.
