- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice of the written so licitation which may be obtained on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. This solicitation is issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 335921 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This solicitation is for the purchase of fiber optic cable and fiber optic components. A complete materials list is provided in the written solicitation. The F.o.b. point shall be Destination. The applicable provisions and clauses are listed in the written solicitation at the ASFI website. Quotes must be received no later than 25 August 2006, at 10:00 AM.
