- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 109th Airlift Wing requires the following extreme cold weather clothing. Duofold thermal tops, part number 30647, 45 large, 25 extra large, and 12 extra extra large for a total of ei ghty two pieces; Duofold thermal bottoms, part number 30648, 45 large, 25 extra large, and 12 extra extra large for a total of eighty two pieces; Smart Wool socks, part number 19878, 75 pair of large, 75 pair of extra large for a total of one hundred fifty pair; Alpine hat, part number 12650, 36 large, for a total of 36 pieces; and Balaclava, part number 12645, 53 large, for a total of 53 pieces.
