Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition procedures in FAR 13 and the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This annou ncement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W911SA-06-T-0073 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is due by 1630 hours CST, 17 August 2006. This solicitation is set aside for small business participation under NAICS code 333912 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-11. CLIN 0001 Quantity 1 each. The following minimum specifications must be met: Recharging station that combines four stage high pressure compressor, breathing air purification system, air storage system, cascade fill panel, and containment fill station into one workstation. 6000 psi, 4-stage, 35.9 cfm, 3- hp, P-10H Securus air purification system, air processing capability of 230,000 cu ft, 4 ASME 6000 psi storage cylinders, 3 dual/fill (high/low) fill positions, 1 50-ft remote fill hose, enclosed reel. Stainless steel gauge panel, hinged stainless steel cascade fill control panel with laser cut directional fill schematic, emergency stop switch, UL listed electrical assembly, inlet filter maintenance indicator, automatic condensate drain system, condensate reservoir with automatic FULL indication, compressor low oil pressure and high temp safety shutdowns with panel mounted fault lights, sound attenuating enclosure with slam-ac tion latches and lift-off hinges. Price must include delivery and installation at Fire Department, 1680 W Eaton Road, Fort McCoy, WI 54656. Price must also include standard commercial warranty, to include 24-hour emergency service with a 4-hour on-site r esponse time for any service calls required under the standard commercial warranty.
