Description

Non-personal Service: This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The contractor shall provide personnel, and equipment necessary to complete the specifications noted in the solicitation package. The proposed solicitation is under NAICS 336322 with size standard of 750 employees. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small businesses; offerors must identify themselves as being a small business. If there is no offer received from a small business concern, the set-aside for small business may be dissolved and the acquisition will be open to all responsive bidders. Note: This acquisition will not be reposted to EPS if set-aside is dissolved full and open competition. You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration database. (Reference: FAR 52.204-7, Required Central Contractor Registration).
