- The WRALC/LE plans to award a firm fixed price contract to purchase NSN 4930-01-287-3170JX Part number 856A2621G04. Noun: Lubricating Unit, Air Primed, portable assembly. General characteristics: Portable assembly that c/o 2 parts: one to make the air/oil mist using the venturi process, the other allow installation onto the lubrication unit. For the the KC135R Aircraft and used for injection of air/oil mist into engine sumps. Quantities for the basic 5ea, with 4 options (Option I-IV) Quantity range of 1-7ea Delivery schedule: 120 days ARO. No telephone requests will be accepted. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor is acceptable. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation that shall be considered. Numbered note 1: The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns Numbered note 9: Interested parties may obtain copies of Military and Federal Specification and standardization documents from the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP), in Philadelphia ASSIST database via the internet at http://assist.daps.mil Numbered note 26: Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
