- Description
- AEDC has a requirement to replace the fresh air preheating steam coil systems located in the basement of Building 878 at Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee. The work is divided into two segments named ?Base? and ?Option 1?. The Base segment demolishes an existing glycol coil and replaces a steam preheat coil along with all associated steam and condensate piping located in the southeast corner of the basement of Facility 878. The Option 1 segment demolishes an existing glycol coil and replaces a steam preheat coil along with all associated steam and condensate piping located in the northeast corner of the basement of Facility 878. The work includes asbestos abatement, lead paint abatement, mechanical demolition, power, steam coil replacement, piping replacement, and control system work. All work shall be coordinated to be performed between the months of April and October. Period of Performance is 90 days after notice to proceed for Basic and Option 1. Estimated Order of Magnitude is $250,000 to $500,000. FOB Destination
