Description

Contractor shall provide labor, materials, & equipment as required to remodel the existing Pharmacy area to include a new IV Clean Room constructed in compliance with USP 797. Work includes demolition, general construction, mechanical, and electrical. This procurement is set-aside 100% for award to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns. Offers from other than service-disabled veteran owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. NAICS 236220 applies to this procurement with a Size Standard of $31.0 million. Cost range for the subject project is $250,000 - $500,000. Solicitation packages will be available after 8/24/06. There will be a non-refundable $50.00 bid package fee. Request for solicitation package must be in writing on company letterhead and mailed, along with bid package fee to VA Medical Center Spokane, WA, Attn: Rich Hague (90C), 4815 N Assembly St, Spokane, WA 99205. Bids are due no later than 2:00 pm local time on 9/26/06 in Building 5 Room 107, VA Medical Center Spokane, WA, 4815 N Assembly St, Spokane, WA 99205.
