- The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Danville Rescue Mission, 834 B. Bowman Avenue, Danville, IL 61832 to provide Homeless Veterans Services for Social Work. The proposed action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency requirements.
