- Requires the services of a licensed dentist hygienist in the State of California to work on our site for a maximum of 8 hours per week, 48 weeks per year using our facilities, equipment and supplies. Must be a graduated from an accredited school of dental hygiene and have a valid dental hygiene license to practice in the State of California. Provide dental hygiene services for trainees ages 16 through 24. Must provide automobile insurance, and professional & general liability insurance. This site is a U.S. Department of Labor Job Corps Center operated under contract to the Management & Training Corporation, with a student population of 310. All services to be preformed in accordance with Job Corp?s policy & requirements Handbook (PRH), Chapter 6, and Technical Assistance Guide (TAG) #6. The dental hygienist will be a subcontractor to MTC. Two year contract with option renewal third, fourth, and fifth year upon approval of MTC.
