- Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to construct a new entrance storefront at the U.S. Coast Guard Battery Building in lower Manhattan, New York City. The work includes but is not limited to the construction of a new anodized storefront system complete with insulating glass, the installation of new entrance doors, the installation of new exterior wall panels, the installation of a card reader and miscellaneous associated work. The worksite is located adjacent to the Staten Island Ferry Terminal and Battery Park. This Request for Quotation for Bids is 100% Small Business Set-Aside for which the applicable small business size standard is $31 million average annual receipts for the three previous fiscal years. This project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. A 100% Payment Bond is required after award. The applicable NAICS Code is 236220. The tentative closing opening date is 14 September 2006. Bid packages will be available on or about 24 August 2006 at a non-refundable charge of $26. Certified Checks or money orders should be made payable to AlphaGraphics and mailed to the firm at: 423 Bloomfield Ave., Montclair, NJ 07043. Do not send fees to the Coast Guard. Any amendments issued under this solicitation shall also be posted on this website.
