- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemnted with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number 21-07-3176ZB001 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The NAICS Code and small business standard is 561730, $6.5 million. A description of services required as follows: Grounds Maintenance for US Coast Guard Housing Complex in Eureka, CA. Maintenance is to include mowing, edging, bush and hedge trimming, tree trimming, street sweeping and removal of the grounds trimmings. The Service Contract Act does apply to this contract and the following Department of Labor Wage Determination will apply and will be provided in the solicitation package: Wage Determination Number: 1994-2055, Revision No: 27, Date: 05/24/2006.
