Description
This announcement is the follow up to a sources sought synopsis posted April 13, 2005, Reference Number 65236. PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE for RFP [TBD]; APP Number 51022, NAICS Code 541611, Size Standard 6.5 million. The contract period of performance will be a base year with four one-year options. The contract type is Cost-Plus-Award-Fee. Pursuant to FAR 19.800, this acquisition is set aside for a competition limited to all responsive, responsible, eligible Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) concerns. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. A single award is anticipated from this solicitation. If you have not registered, it will be your responsibility to check the website for any changes to the solicitation.] The scope of this project consists of quality assurance support to evaluate Customer Service Representatives? (CSRs) interactions with Medicare beneficiaries, their families and caregivers across multiple access channels to ensure the quality, completeness, accuracy and consistency of the interactions. The entire scope of this work, requirements, evaluation factors, etc. will be addressed in the solicitation when issued. NOTE: To be eligible for award, the successful offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (www.ccr.gov).
