- PR - 0012860309, NSN 1680-01-475-6539 , Coupling Assembly, in accordance with Bell Helicopter Textron, CAGE: 97499, P/N 412-040-601-101. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. This item is considered non-commercial. Configuration control applies. It is anticipated that this solicitation will result in a delivery order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Bell Helicopter Textron, refer to Numbered Note 22. This solicitation is for a total quantity of 21 EA. The solicitation terms include FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. Requested delivery is within 27 months or 810 days ARO. This requirement is for DLA Direct to DDSP New Cumberland, PA 17070. This item is considered a Navy critical safety item. Certified cost and price data and a small business subcontracting plan will not be required for this contract.
