Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Office (DITCO), Contracting Division, Net-Centric Services Branch, Hardware/Software Section (DITCO/PL8231), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62221-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to Vanguard Integrity Professionals, 3035 E. Patrick Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89120-3478. This acquisition is for continued software support subscription for Vanguard Integrity Professionals Inc. software previously purchased and currently installed on platforms at the Defenses Enterprise Computing Center (DECCs) in Mechanicsburg PA and Ogden UT. The software includes a Vanguard 5,600 MIPS RACF Administrator (VRA) license and a Vanguard 1,000 MIPS Advisor Reporter (VSR) license. These software licenses and enhancements are proprietary and are protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. The period of performance will be October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007. The statuatory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software license and enhancement renewal must request a copy of the RFQ not later than COB 22 Aug 2006 via the following address: maria.meyer@disa.mil. A hard copy is not required. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. The NAICS code is 541511 for this procurement.
