- This announcement constitutes a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished upon request. The RFQ number is N00244-06-T-0881 . It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.arnet.gov.far and www.dtic.mil.dfars. The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-14 and class deviation 2002-00003. This solicitation is issued as RESTRICTED to small businesses (100% Small business set-aside). NAICS Code 333999 and business size standard of 500 employees is applicable. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center-San Diego (FISCSD N00244) is announcing a requirement for the following: Item: 1 EACH HYPRES 10 VOLT JOSEPHSON ARRAY CHIP ? DO NOT SUBSTITUTE DELIVERY LOCATION: Naval Aviation Depot (NAVAIRDEP) Bldg. 94, San Diego, CA 92135-7058. There is no government furnished material (GFM). The delivery date must be submitted with contractor bid. All material will be inspected and accepted at DESTINATION. Contractors are required to provide descriptive technical literature per FAR 52.212-1(b)(4). IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFARS 252.204-7004 ?Central Contractor Registration? (CCR) is required and applies to all solicitations issued on/after 6-1-98. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror/quoter ineligible for award of a contract/purchase order.
