- DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This solicitation is a professional forestry services contract. Bidders must have professional forestry educational qualifications and experience to be awarded this contract. Contract will be awarded to the qualified bidder with the lowest total bid price. The contractor shall furnish all necessary equipment, labor, materials, transportation and incidentals for unit boundary identification and marking, tree marking, and cruising (volume determination) of designated trees within the project units for the U.S. Bureau of Land Management, Kemmerer Field Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming. LOCATION OF WORK: The contract area is located approximately 23 miles southwest of Mountain View, Wyoming in Sections 4 and 10 T. 12 N., R. 117 W., Uinta County, Wyoming. This is a 100% small business set-aside. A performance period of 9 months or no later than June 15, 2007. With an estimated start date on or about September 15, 2006.
