- The US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), 8825 Beulah Street, Fort Belvoir, VA announces the intention to negotiate and issue a single source purchase order to ITT Visual Information Solutions, 2600 Park Tower Drive, #601, Vienna, VA 22 180. This procurement is for IAS Server Software that is developed, manufactured and distributed by ITT Visual Information Solutions. This software is a configuration controlled item which is part of larger system and cannot be substituted with any othe r product. This sole source procurement will be awarded as a simplified acquisition in accordance with FAR Subpart 13 procedures. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
