- Notification is provided of the intention of the U.S. Army, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL), Vicksburg Consolidated Contracting Office (VCCO) to issue a sole source award for a firm fixed priced simplified acquisition procurement purchase order to Polytec Inc located in Tustin CA under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This order is to rent for a three (3) week period between 18 Aug 06 and 8 Sep 06 a 5000 / 505 laser vibro meter with VD-06 Velocity Decoder with workstation. Any other responsible source able to provide the equipment stated above is encouraged to respond to this announcement prior to closing date listed above. This is not a request for quotations and there is no solicitation available at this time.
