- We intend to award a sole source contract to National Semiconductor Corporation, 5-Foden Road, South Portland, Maine 04106-1706 over the next five (5) years to purchase several dies. National Semiconductor Corporation is the original equipment manuf acturer for the die. NAICS Code is 334413. The die is the basic component for the Combined Interfaces with Controlled Output (CINCO II) application specific integrated circuit (ASIC). The CINCO II ASIC is used in the Selective Availability Anti-Spoofing Module (SAASM) key data processor. The SAASM is the next generation GPS that is currently under development by the GPS Advanced Security Devices NAVSTAR GPS Joint Program Office. White Sands Missile Range purchases these die as requirements are identifie d and stores them in our long-term nitrogen storage facility until they are needed by one of the developers. No additional notifications of individual purchases will be provided. See Note 22.
