- Provide one (1) each, 2" Ball Valve, normally closed, for high pressure air service, operating pressure 4400PSIG with a 4:1 Burst Pressure Rating (17600PSIG) IAW ANSI/ASME B31.3, temperature rated -20degF to 180degF. With 2"GR20 SCH160 grayloc flange connections, 12.5" flange to flange, valve to be full port, all stainless steel construction. Equipped with pneumatic actuator (1000 PSIG actuation pressure) and solenoid valve (115VAC, .25AMP), equipped with position indicating switches. Actuator to be air to open and spring to close. Air action full travel to be <0.25 seconds or less, spring action full travel to be <1.0 seconds. The internal parts (ball, seat, bearings, etc.) as well as the actuator and solenoid valve shall be interchangeable with the four (4) existing valves (Flodyne part numbers 20A157 and 20A158) currently used in the HTL facilities. Flodyne part number 20A157 or equal. Solicitation to be released on or about 9 August 2006 with a response date of 29 August 2006. Electronic or facsimile proposals are not allowed and will not be considered.
