- Description
- FISC Norfolk intends to issue Request for Quote (RFQ), N6141406RC044FN, on or about April 20, 2006. FISC Norfolk intends to award a sole source five-year, firm-fixed-price, indefinite delivery requirements type contract for Dockmaster and Harbor Pilot Services to Morehead City Pilot’s Association. These services will be performed in waters between Beaufort Inlet, NC lighted Whistle Buoy BM;(Latitude 34:34.49N, Longitude 76-41.33W), and berths at Radio Island and North Carolina State Ports Authority Terminal, Morehead City, NC. NAICS Code 488310 and Federal Supply Code (FSC) R706 will apply. Performance period is 01 July 2006 through 30 June 2006. The solicitation will include provisions for a base year with the option to procure services for four additional one-year periods. The solicitation will be issued as other than full and open competition (sole source) on or around 21 April 2006. Prospective offerors interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation shall submit an email to the Contract Specialist: Doreen.hyde@navy.mil. No hard copy of the solicitation will be issued. There is no commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract as a result of this notice. Note 22 applies.
