- Description of Work The Contractor will provide necessary equipment, technical assistance and installation to support the following: One single-sided LED-type sign on the east wall of the glass-enclosed entry vestibule (Room 30662). The sign will display studio scheduling information to passersby in the 20-feet wide Public Corridor 30650 outside the vestibule and to those entering the facility through it. The sign must be large enough for those in the corridor to easily read and serve as an eye-catching showpiece as it marks the entrance into the Gallery?s shell space facility. One wall or ceiling mounted LED-type sign to be located outside the TV Studio Gallery (30540) in Corridor 30530, which is approximately 10 feet wide and 65 feet long, to display the TV Studio Gallery?s schedule and its ?On Air? status. Per the Contractor?s recommendation, one, or possibly two, wall or ceiling mounted LED-type sign(s), possibly double-sided, to be located outside TV Studio A (30537) in Corridor 30530 to display TV Studio A?s schedule and its ?On Air? status. One wall or ceiling mounted LED-type sign, possibly double-sided, to be located outside TV Studio B (30536) in Corridor 30530 to display TV Studio B?s schedule and its ?On Air? status. A software package to program the above signs that can be easily updated by all seven members of the Gallery?s staff, who are sited in two separate office locations, via the House data network, RF or equally user-friendly mechanism.
