- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00604-06-T-0604. This combined synopsis/solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-11 and DFARS Change Notice 20060711. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 334418, the FSC code is 5998, and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees respectively. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns, and identifies a brand name purchase for Extron Electronics products. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Pearl Harbor, Hawaii requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following: ITEM 0001: MATRIX 12800 WIDEBAND (16 OUTPUT); PART NO: 70-174-01; QTY: 4 EACH. ITEM 0002: MATRIX 12800 WIDEBAND (32 INPUT); PART NO: 70-173-01; QTY: 10 EACH. ITEM 0003: MATRIX 12800 SYNC INPUT; PART NO: 70-175-01; QTY: 4 EACH. Required delivery date is September 11, 2006. If the required delivery date cannot be met, an alternate delivery schedule may be considered. Please provide your best delivery schedule. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF), Kauai, Hawaii 96752-0128.
