- Quantity 100 each: Fuel Sample Case, Naval Air Warfare Center Part Number 3855AS200-1. Fuel Sample Case shall be Polyurethane in accordance with NAVAIRENGCEN Material Process Requirements (MPR) 1212, specifications / drawings and drawing notes. Higher Level Quality Program required, refer to specifications / drawings and drawing notes. Inspection and Acceptance at source (origin) by the Cognizant Defense Contract Management Office (DCMC). Required Delivery Date is 90 days after receipt of order. Quote price shall include delivery to Lakehurst, NJ. See Government Numbered Notes 1 and 8. Export Controlled Data included, a certified DD 2345 must be submitted (FAXED) with Request for Quote Package (RFQ). Request RFQ package in writing (FAXED) to POC listed by 17 Aug 2006. Quotes are due by COB 30 Aug 2006. All contractors seeking award must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database.
