- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division intends to enter into a purchase order on a sole source basis with Astrolab Inc for the procurement of Part Numbers 29399-1 SC Plug-TNC Jack (34 each), P/N 29399-2 SC Jack-TNC Jack (34 each), P/N 29746-1 N Plug-TNC Jack (68 each), P/N 29746-2 N Jack-TNC Jack (68 each), P/N 29299-3 TNC Jack-HN Plug (34 each) and P/N 29299-4 TNC Jack-HN Jack (34 each). The above Part Numbers are designed to torque with F/A-18 Aircraft when troubleshooting with JSECST and must comply with operational frequency ranges. The above Part Numbers have been tested and comply with frequency requirements of F/A-18 Aircraft. Development of a full procurement package would require access to proprietary supplier drawings which are not owned by the Government. The Government intends to procure this item under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304, as implemented by FAR 6.3002-1. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
