- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format found in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this request is 601616Q579 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2005-10) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). This is not being set-aside for any Social Economic Program. DESCRIPTION: One each, complete Real Time Kinematic (RTK) with post processing capability, to include but not limited to: 1. Base receiver and antenna 2. Collapsible fixed height tripod for base, with storage bag 3. Base radio 25 watts or greater (6 mile range or greater) 4. Roving receiver and 5 db antenna, including 2 batteries 5. GPS processing software 6. Bipod for the roving receiver, with storage bag 7. Carbon fiber rod for roving receiver 8. Data collector with alpha numeric keyboard capable of communicating with both the GPS and total station. Data collector should be able to communicate with roving receiver via Bluetooth or other wireless means. Color screen preferred on data collector. 9. Storage case for receivers and radios 10. Total station instrument capable of measuring angles to 5" accuracy 11. Data collector cradle for range pole 12. (1) year service contract to include software updates, tech support, and parts/labor on equipment purchased. 13. (1) day training minimum. METHOD OF EVALUATION: Proposals will be evaluated as follows: 1) Total price; 2) Ability to provide all specifications as listed in this solicitation, 3) Additional discounts and/or rebates NOTE: Offerors must supply a completed copy of the provision found at FAR 52.212-3, Offer Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items when responding to this solicitation. The Clause found at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this RFQ. The Clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to this RFQ.
