- THIS NOTICE IS FOR SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY. The U.S. Army Engineer District, New Orleans, is seeking all sources to provide 3 standard portalets and 3 ADA portalets at the Bonne Carre Spillway, Norco, LA. Toilets are to be cleaned once a week. Cleanin g service consists of portalet tanks being pumped out, adding required amount of water/disinfectant/deodorizer to tank, washing down interior of portalet and applying disinfectant, supplying minimum of 2 rolls of toilet paper, removing and taking award tra sh left in toilet. Contractor shall provide a contact person and telephone number of representative for providing emergency services of portalets outside of normal business hours. The period for demonstrating interest for the proposed solicitation closes at 5:00 P.M. on 14 August 2006. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562991. A base plus 2 year option contract will be issued.
