- The Mississippi National Guard intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single, firm fixed price contract to replace existing floor covering in building 102 with carpet, at Thompson Field, Jackson, Mississippi. This is a Pre-Solicitation notice for this project. Award will be unrestricted and is being made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (Ref: FAR 19(c)(2)). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238330 and the Size Standard for Small Businesses is $13 million or less gross annual receipts over the last 3 fiscal years. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Davis-Bacon Wage Determination MS030030 is applicable to this requirement. There will be a pre-quote site visit at 9:00 a.m. CDT on Wednesday, 16 August 2006, at Building 303, Thompson Field, Jackson, MS 39232. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend. Contractors must comply with registration requirements at the gate to the installati on. All potential offerors, plan rooms and printing companies are required to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov/ and the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) https://www.fedteds.gov/ in order to view or download the plans or drawings from the web site, which will be available at the time the solicitation is issued. This solicitation is not a competitive bid and there will not be a formal public bid opening.
