Description

The Mississippi National Guard intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single, firm fixed price contract to renovate the front of the Joint Forces Headquarters (ANG) located in Jackson, Mississippi. This is a Pre-Solicitation notice for this project. Award will be unrestricted and is being made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (Ref: FAR 19(c)(2)). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238990 and the Size Standard for Small Businesses is $13 million or less gross annual receipts over the last 3 fiscal years. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Davis-Bacon Wage Determination MS030001 is applicable to this requirement. There will be a pre-quote site visit at 9:00 a.m. CDT on Tuesday, 15 August 2006, at 1500 Murrah Drive, Jackson, MS 39296. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend. Contractors must enter the site using the gate located at 1410 Riverside Drive, Jackson, MS, and must comply with registration requirements. All potential offerors, plan rooms and printing companies are required to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov/ and the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) https://www.fedteds.gov/ in order to view or download the plans or drawings from the web site, which will be available at the time the solicitation is issued. This solicitation is not a competitive bid and there will not be a formal public bid opening.
