- This requirement is for a basic quantity of 02 each and option quantities of 1 - 3 per year for three years on P/N: IAW MIL-PRF-26139C (AF/M24T-3). The Government has a Performance Specification for this Tester, Pressurized Cabin Leakage, Aircraft. A Test Plan, Test Report and First Article Testing, will be required unless the offeror has provided this item to the Government within 36 months. This is a small business set aside. Note 26 applies.
