- This serves as a ?Notice of Intent? to issue a purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13), to KEO Scientific LTD. on a Sole Source basis to purchase a Telecentric Optical Chain All-Sky FOV,FO.95 For 1/2? CCD Camera and three 2? Additional Units. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-10, Effective 28 Jul 2006 and Fac 2005-11, Effective 05 Jun 2006. The Government intends to award a contract for the following line items: (0001) Telecentric Optical Chain All-Sky FOV, FO.95 for 1/2? CCD Camera; (0002) Three (3) 2" Telecentric Optical Chains ? Additional Units All-Sky, FO.95, for 1/2? CCD Camera. FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and Acceptance: DESTINATION. This requirement is determined to be available only from KEO because they design and manufacture the only 2? Telecentric Optical Chains which meet the technical and reliability requirements. No formal requests will be issued for this procurement. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified in this notice for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
