- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is FA8620-06-M-0001. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-10 effective 28 Jun 2006 and Class Deviation 2005-00001 and DFARS Current to Change Notice 20060711. The solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.204-7, 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, and DFARS 252.204-7004 Alternate A. NAICS Code: 333415.----This is full and open competition. In order to be considered responsive, vendors must quote the item described below or must quote an equal substitute. The lowest priced technically acceptable offer will be awarded the contract.----CLIN: 0001----Quantity: 15----ITEM: TLD ACE 302-H-CUP Air Conditioner----Description: Three modes of operation: 288,000 btus in the cooling mode, 275,000 btus in the heating mode, Ventilating mode, Transported on using standard MILAIR.----Features to include: R-134A refrigerant, Low coolant shutdown, Stainless steel coil enclosure, Frost resistant evaporator, High pressure safety shutdown, Low pressure safety shutdown, 150ppm blower, Blower loss safety interlock, Fifth wheel trailer, Towbar actuated parking brake, High capacity fuel tank (10-12 hrs of operation), Plug-in power allowing unit to operate from 380/480V, 50/60 HZ, 3 phase power without operating diesel engine 50 foot power cable, Air outlet damper, Engine block heater, Ackerman steering w/hand operated parking brake, Tie-down rings, 12?x8?x30? wire supported, insulated hose.----Delivery schedule is sixty (60) days after receipt of order.
