- LAIRCM NEXT GENERATION (NEXGEN) MISSILE WARNING SUBSYSTEM (MWS) PRODUCTION PROGRAM UPDATE Attached are updated versions of the DRAFT RFP Section L and M documents. The Sub-factor 6 language for Small Disadvantaged Business Participation is still under review for both Section L and M documents. In response to the updated Section L and M documents, the Government has extended the response time for potential offeror(s) to submit DRAFT RFP questions or comments to the end of the day 9 Aug 2006. All questions or comments shall be provided in writing or e-mail ONLY to the Contracting Office. Government will post comments within 10 calendar days to any relevant questions or concerns. The NexGen reference library is now available to potential offeror(s). To request documents out of the NexGen library please contact Brian Daniel and Bob Copeland by email (See contact information below). Please include in your request your classified mailing address, recipient's name and phone number, cage code, list of documents requested, unclassified mailing address, security office point of contact and phone number. Once security information provided by potential offeror(s) has been validated by Government security, documents will be supplied on a CD-ROM in Adobe PDF file format. Any other formats must be specified at the time a request is made. Requests for other formats will be honored at our discretion.
