- This solicitation will be changed to a Small Business Sole Source 8a set aaside. The solicitation will be FA4600-06-R-0035 and should be posted on or about 11 August. Offutt AFB Project 04-0040 and 04-0041, Demolition of existing maintenance buildings. These projects will be solicited and awarded as one contract. Demolition of Bldg 136 and 9949, one located at Willow Lakes Golf Course and one located at Warrior 9 Golf Course. Removal of existing maintenance buildings and associated utilities, re-routing of some existing utility lines, re-grading and seeding of demolition area. Funds are not presently aavailable for this project. No award will be made under the solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the closing date. All solicitation documents and amendments will be available in electronic format. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, (CCR), that the lack of registration in the CCR will make a bidder ineligible for award. Drawings and Specifications will be posted electronically and in conjunction with the solicitation. The location of this project is Offutt AFB, NE. The estimated performance period is 40 calendar days. Project magnitude: Between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 NAIC Code: 238910 SBA Size Standard: $13.0M The estimated release date for the solicitation is 14 July, 2006. A site visit will be conducted as needed. THIS PROCUREMENT WILL BE A 100% SMALL BUSINESS 8a Sole Source SET ASIDE. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED TO MONITOR THIS SITE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
