- Provide all labor, equipment, material, tools, and qualified supervision to Replace VCT in Tramways and Ground Floor Corridors, Project No. 676-04-112, at VA Medical Center, Tomah, Wisconsin. Project is to be completed in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications, and includes, but is not limited to, flooring. THIS SOLICITATION IS A 100% SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. Project Engineer is Carol Harmon, who can be reached at 608-372-3971, ext. 61732. NAICS code is 238330. Estimated issue date is August 17, 2006. Estimated dollar range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Award is subject to the availability of funds. This solicitation, except for drawings, will be issued and made available free of charge on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at URL: http://www.fedbizopps.gov (or http://www.fbo.gov) and on the VA's Business Opportunities System (BOS) website at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov. Solicitation clauses and specifications are only available on the web and CD-ROM (drawings will also be issued on CD-ROM). No paper copies will be available.
