- Contract shall provide all materials, labor, disposal and transportation for the inspecting, testing, and repair of the dampers in the HVAC duct work throughout the VA Medical Center, Tuscaloosa, AL facility in accordance with statement of work in the solicitation. Work must begin no later than September 15, 2006. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The RFP will be advertised on or about August 3, 2006 as an 8a set-a-side, with a NAICS Code of 238220 with the size standard of $13 M. The range of this solicitation is between $50,000.00 and $75,000.00. Interested Offerors may obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation free by e-mailing calvin.thomas@va.gov . Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
