Description

This is a notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source contract for ID Badging Software under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to ImageWare Systems, Inc. The software was designed to interface with other secure systems within FEMA. The software is being procured under FAR Part 13. The above named vendor is believed to be the only source for this software. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Questions pertaining to this procurement should be addressed by e-mail to Ms. JoNelle M. Hildreth at jonelle.hildreth@dhs.gov no later than 12:00 Noon, Friday, August 12, 2006.
