- THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY - The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with the Rural Health Innoviations (RHI), 600 East Superior Street, Duluth, MN 55802. The purpose of this procurement is to identify, collect and disseminate training modules on rural hospital improvement that will enhance quality and patient safety; enable adaption of health information technology (HIT); and build and sustain rural hospital leadership at the Board, administrative, and management levels This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 13, Simplified Acquisition. The period of performance for this project is 12 months. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1, a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.601-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
