- This solicitation is for the Redfeather Bunkhouse Mold Remediation. This project consists of providing labor, materials, and equipment to remove areas of contamination due to mold damage at the large Red Feather Bunkhouse, #308. This project is located southeast of Redfeather Lakes, Colorado in Larimer County. The project time for this project is 45 days. There will be a pre-proposal meeting for this project on August 15, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. The pre-proposal meeting will be held at the site, southeast of Redfeather Lakes, Coloraod. From Fort Collins travel north on US Highway 287 approximately 21 miles to Larimer County Road 74E, Redfeather Lakes Road. Proceed west on Road 74E approximately 23 miles to Larimer County Road 73C, Dowdy Lakes Road. Travel north approximately 1/4 mile on Road 73C and enter the project site access near the Redfeather Work Center sign. If you would like to attend this meeting, please contact Christina A.
